This place is the worst. There is no customer service. The person that answers the phone is rude and NASTY. FedEx lost a package delivered to the wrong place and all they want to give me is $100 for a refund when the cost of the item was $678.00. Dont order from this company

Canadian Customer. I purchased their chain conversion kit for 07 touring. Ordered online and everything arrived within a few weeks, nicely packaged and exactly what I ordered at the price advertised. A+ I would do business with them anytime Thanks J Ellis

I highly recommend giving your business to Motorway Engineering. Best price I could find, manufactured 2 hours from my home and the fitment/quality is top notch. They got back to all my emails right away and even modified their product to fit my needs at no additional cost to me. I have never felt this kind of support from someone I didn't know personally in the motorcycle industry. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Worst customer service. Shoulda listened to the other reviews its been 3 weeks parts still havent shipped and been ignored for the past 2 weeks. Got a refund and wont use them again.

Quality parts although shipping times were slightly longer than expected, we are overall very happy with the product.
