Everything was going great. Then they prescribed a medication for my wife that you have to build up over time in 2 weeks from 12.5 mg to 100 mg. It's one of those that if you stop taking it you get bad withdrawal symptoms. After 3 days of requesting on their web site calling the office they still havent helped. Goss incompetence is the only way to describe this.

I honestly thought the operator was joking when she said they do not provide any paperwork to anyone including the person in care. That's insane. I can't believe that that's even legal

I wasnt diagnosed with ADD until 2009 when I was 37 years old. After the 30-day trial of Wellbutrin, I was prescribed 15mg of adderall (2X's Daily). The results were dramatic. I saw the psychiatrist a few times and then my PCP just wrote the script. I've come to learn from ATTITUDE magazine or ATTITUDE online (Great Info on ADD&ADHD) that it requires many visits and medication trials and/or adjustments to find the right medication and dosage for you! The previous psychiatrist and doctors from our local hospital completely failed me in this regard. My PCP whom I had for several years was going to be leaving. Therefore, I had to choose a new PCP. However, prior to our first visit and without the consultation of my other doctors or myself, he REFUSED to prescribe my ADD medication because of my history of opioid abuse. Regardless, of me being in recovery for six years. I was discriminated against and so I filed a complaint with the NH Board of Medicine. If you suspect you have or are being discriminated against and/or feel your patient rights are being violated, then I highly suggest that you file a complaint with your Board of Medicine and/or the DHHS. I struggled for a year and a half without the medication until I said no more. I MUST ADVOCATE FOR MYSELF. Advocating for yourself not only helps you, but everyone else living your situation and having the same experiences. Therefore, I began searching for mental health providers. This is where I found Counseling Centers of Nashua, now LifeStance. My provider is Dr. Thor Augustsson has been absolutely amazing since I started seeing him in October 2018. For several months we tried different medications and strengths to find the best medication for and specific to me. I appreciate the fact he truly wants me to be as productive as possible with little to no side effects. Dr. Augustsson literally saved my life!!!! Thank you CCN and thank you Thor!!! Very friendly staff!! Dr. Augustsson is easy going and extremely receptive to any ideas I might have.
