Id first like to start off by saying Jon is an outstanding and dedicated realtor. He put in a ton of hours helping my boyfriend and I find our first home. We were nervous, excited and anxious being first time home buyers, this was one of the biggest purchases for our future we were going to make! Jon was not only patient, but understanding. He took the time to listen to our needs and wants and never pushed us into a home we werent going to be happy with. He took us step by step through the process and answered all our questions; but also made sure to be fully straight forward and up front. Coming in to buying a home I was very skeptical an cautious of realtors, due to the horror stories Ive heard in the past, but Jon was amazing. He was always quick to answer a text anytime of day and answer any question within a timely fashion. If we called and he was busy he made sure to send us a text that he would get back to us soon. We also had the poor guy driving all over southwestern NH looking for a home, but he was always punctual no matter where we had asked to see a house. He has an awesome personality and a genuinely good guy who will work his hardest for you. If anyone reading this is thinking about buying or selling a house, please consider Jon for the job, you wont be disappointed.

Jon was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was responsive to all texts, calls, and emails, and was willing to see as many houses as my husband and I wanted to see! I would recommend Jon to anyone, you will not be disappointed!

Jon Byrne is a magical person, he helped us throughout the whole homebuyer process, and alleviated much of the stress. He is such a professional, very knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to answer all questions-from the basics of becoming a homeowner to the specifics.

Jon Byrne is phenomenal, I cannot express this enough. We had many hiccups in our process and there was a gap of almost five years between when we started looking at houses to when we purchased. Taking a self inflicted break in there was best, but Jon was ready as soon as we were to hit the ground running. He found my husband and I the dream first house and was kind, compassionate and so patient with my millions of questions and apprehensions. When it comes time to go through this again Jon Byrne will be the one to call!
