We are extremely pleased with The Damon Home Team. After extensive research and visits to New England, we zeroed in on New Hampshire to be our new place of residence and reached out to Suzanne earlier this year. We were looking for land on which to build our dream home. Suzanne and her team were absolutely awesome with the detailed service and guidance they provided. The process was a bit daunting for us, as we currently live in Dallas.
We had several email exchanges and Zoom meetings and were able to shortlist available land opportunities before we even arrived in New Hampshire for a visit a couple of months ago. Suzanne and her team streamlined the search for us and made what appeared to be an overwhelming task very easy. Loved my experience working with the Damon Home Team!! I moved back to NH recently and needed to find housing in the northern part of the state. Not a lot in this part of the state, but my real estate agent, Karen Rivard, was familiar to the area which made the whole buying process so much easier. Karen is truly the best of the best! She answered my million and one questions. She gave me guidance when I needed it the most. And she helped me find a home that was perfect for me and my needs. Thankfully, I found exactly what I needed in a couple of weeks, and Karen helped me close on the house in a short amount of time.
