Mark and the Amramp team were terrific. We needed a ramp installed quickly after my mother's fall, and they were there within a few days to get it done before she came home from the hospital. They were also incredibly responsive when a minor repair was required. I can't say enough about the professionalism of Amramp! They were prompt in installing a ramp for my elderly parents and in removing it (in the middle of winter) when we no longer needed it. The customer service was impeccable and the options for payment are very helpful! Mark was extremely easy to work with and I would recommend the services of his company without hesitation! Providing things like a ramp for elderly or disabled parents is already a stressful and emotional matter. I feel like this company understands that! It was actually a pleasure doing business with Amramp NH. They were friendly, responsive, and true to their word. They installed the ramp promptly and, 4 years later, de-installed it when we moved. We were also very happy with the ramp itself. No problems at all to report.

I cannot say enough great things about Mark & his employees. I was trying to coordinate a ramp for my grandparents from Maryland, while they are located in New Hampshire. Mark was fantastic. Not only was he professional, exceptionally helpful, caring, understanding and efficient, but his product is of the highest quality and the safety of the ramp is far above average. I can not recommend him enough.
