Matt/Pinnacle were recommended to us by our realtor. We shopped several other providers and ultimately went with Matt/Pinnacle based on the numbers. Matt and his team were able to get us a good rate, and even handled our non-traditional situation (3 primary buyers) without any issues. We successfully closed on 4/5/24, with much help and guidance from Matt at Pinnacle.

Matt was absolutely amazing to work with throughout this process! He maintained a friendly and light yet professional demeanor throughout and was there literally any day, any time to help us with whatever we needed.
