I had a knocking in my vehicle and was scared as I was an hour away from home. Luckily for me, I was close to Granite State Tire & Battery. They were professional and quick to solve my issue. It's always scary going to a place you don't know and are at their mercy, but they took care of me and now have a customer for life!

Nothing, but good things to say here. I just started going to this place on a whim and I'm happy I did. I wouldn't go anywhere else after coming here!

Always a excellent experience. They go above and beyond to make sure I understand what my vehicles need. Have no problem showing whats wrong on my vehicle. Really appreciate the team there. Thank you

this was one of the worst experiences ive ever had to deal with. from lack of professionalism to direct ignorance of this company. i chose to support a local company to replace a valve stem on one of my wheels. i got the wheel back and mounted on to find that the valve stem was not sealed correctly at all. after trying to replace the wheel with my spare i came across the word bent crudely ground into my wheel. i was never informed of any of this and what couldve been a simple wheel and tire balance has no put me stranded on the side of the road, late for work. do not do business with this company there is no integrity and no respect for the customer or their vehicles!
