Although our interactions have thus far been limited to one meeting, I am extremely impressed with the service provided by Mike at Feniger, Uliasz, and Stacey. Mike is part of a dying breed of individuals that keeps the human element of his business at the forefront of his every interaction, and is not solely out to make an extra dollar. His communication with our association has been timely, to the point, and insightful. He truly seems to have our best interests in mind and has gone above and beyond in helping our small condo association understand condo laws as they apply to us. I cannot recommend him more highly.

Michael Feniger recently helped me with a legal situation pertaining to my Condominium Association. He went above and beyond the level of service you would normally expect to receive from an attorney. Mr. Feniger was so helpful to us in our recent real estate transaction (family deal gone sour). He was there to advocate and help us when we honestly had lost hope and didnt think we had anyone in our corner. I can honestly say we couldnt have done it without him.
