FlexABLE Assisted Stretching

Going to cancel my monthly massage membership and swap it out for a monthly stretch membership! I felt very welcomed and comfortable with Nate and Josiah. As a yoga instructor, I am very flexible and have a hard time getting deep enough into stretches on my own. It was so nice to have someone stretch me, so that I could fully release all the tension. Can't wait to go back! Thanks!

Exercise coach demonstrated movements but left me vague on what to work on at home, maybe an illustrated sheet would make me visualize the exercise easier

I recently started with personal training and assisted stretching at FlexAble. Josiah, my trainer, is amazing. I really feel listened to as we had a discussion about my concerns/hesitance with personal training. Im working very hard and feel successful in my sessions (not defeated). He has pushed me and encouraged me and Ive surprised myself at my strength. If Josiah hadnt listed to me and I felt uncomfortable, I wouldnt succeed. Everyone there is very friendly and welcoming. If youre looking for support, this is the right place. And I am no where near as sore as I used to be from working out since we stretch after the workouts. Assisted stretching can take it farther and give you a more complete stretch.

Wow what a gift this place is! Nate and his team are knowledgeable, personable, and encouraging. Special shout out to Liz and Katie! I have been training and stretching there for about 7 weeks and I can ABSOLUTELY see and feel a difference in my body. I had a severe back injury about 5 years ago that has greatly affected my mobility and flexibility, and I can honestly say that this is the first time I have felt real progress in this area since my injury. Def give this place a try if your physical health and wellness are a priority for you.. and if its not, maybe you should go anyway and make it a priority
