I have had nothing but great service from this company! Once a product was damaged and another time the shipment was lost by UPS and both times they looked after me VERY well!

I do order my supplements from Emerson and recommend to everyone I work with. Have one suggestion: when anyone orders heat sensitive products the company should not mail them out later than Wednesdays to make sure it is delivered before weekend avoiding heat on weekends in transit.

4/22/2022 EDIT: ONCE AGAIN VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I RECEIVED AN ITEM FROM THIS COMPANY TODAY AND THE EXPIRATION DATE WAS SHORTDATED AGAIN. THE EXPIRATION DATE IS JULY 2022!!!! ONLY TWO MONTHS!!!! WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME CREDIT FOR THIS ITEM!!! THEY CHARGED FULL AMOUNT AND NOT A DISCOUNTED PRICE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY TRYING TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! 1/18/2022 EDIT: VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN !!! I RECEIVED THE PACKAGE WITH SCOTCH TAPE AND THE SHORTDATED ITEMS AGAIN!!!! AND THE CS REP WAS NOT HELPFUL AND RUDE!!! I WILL NOT ORDER ANYTHING AGAIN!!!!! ALWAYS SHIPPED OUT SHORT DATED ITEMS THEN NEVER EVER RESPONDED AFTER THEY ISSUED PARTIAL CREDITS FOR ONLY 2 ITEMS. THEY KEEP SAYING "NOTIFIED SHORT DATED" THEN SELL THE ITEMS WITH REGULAR PRICE??? WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN, CHARGE 25% RETURN FEE AND RESTOCK FEE? I RECEIVED THE ITEM WILL BE EXPIRED IN SEP 2021, TODAY ON 8/26/2021. I CALLED AND THE REP TOLD ME "THEY NOTIFIED" IF THEY NOTIFY, THEY CAN SELL THE ITEM WILL BE EXPIRED SOON IN A FEW DAYS WITH REGULAR PRICE??? I WILL REPORT IT TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND HEALTH DEPARTMENT WHEREVER I CAN REPORT THIS PROBLEM!!!! AND I WILL DO WHATEVER ,WHICHEVER I CAN DO!!!!
