        I recently had a boudoir shoot done for myself as Im a new(ish) mom creeping up on 40. I wanted to be captured in an intimate way as a form of self love and acceptance. April truly delivered! Its sad how mean we can be to ourselves and its so humbling (in a good way) to see yourself through someone elses lenses. She truly made me feel so beautiful.

She made us feel comfortable and was open to all the fun ideas we came up with. She was so professional and helped me stay relaxed on my wedding day! She was great with our guests and we got such beautiful, unique photos that we absolutely cherish!         April and her assistant Michael took our wedding photos and were absolutely AMAZING! From the start, April was extremely professional and thorough, walked us step by step to know exactly what to expect and made us a timeline on how the night was going to go with pictures from start to finish. She had a checklist for us to fill out on who we wanted with us for formal pictures during cocktail hour and what group photos we would like throughout the night on the dance floor, which made things so much easier and faster. She captured such amazing photos with all the different lighting as the night went on. I highly recommend Black Mill Photography for your wedding photographer, and any other occasion you might have that you would like a photographer. She does is all and is so amazing!!
