Recently, I had a water leak on a Sunday evening. No other plumbing companies in the area would help me and I was extremely concerned as a first time homeowner. Eric answered my call by the second phone ring and was at my home within the hour for something that may not be an emergency to an expert but was an emergency to me. He put my mind at ease and prioritized addressing my concerns. He followed up quickly the next day and went above and beyond to fix the problem! He also recently replaced my pipes as a preventative measure as they were on the verge of causing a flood in my basement.
