        Would not recommend this company to anyone looking to hire a property manager. We hired Gray Property Group in 2022 to manage our condo in NH. As the first tenant's lease was nearing the end in 2023 the unit was listed to find a new tenant. The unit was listed for rent in August 2023 and by the end of January 2024, we still did not have a tenant. After 5 months, they were unable to get a tenant into our unit. Our new property manager was able to find a quality tenant in about 2 weeks.

        BEWARE! This company doesn't deserve any stars! They were "managing" a condo my husband and I own for a little over a year. Towards the end of the first tenants lease, it was posted for rent in August 2023 and by the end January 2024 we still had no tenant! We have since found a new property manager and they have secured a tenant for us within two weeks.

      We hired Gray Property Group in 2022 to manage our condo in NH. As the first tenant's lease was nearing the end in 2023 the unit was listed to find a new tenant. The unit was listed for rent in August 2023 and by the end of January 2024, we still did not have a tenant. After 5 months, they were unable to get a tenant into our unit.
      Our new property manager was able to find a quality tenant in about 2 weeks.
