        I find the Manchester library to be well kept and well staffed. I inquired about the negative reviews about bed bugs and the homeless, and found that the staff take both of these issues very seriously. The staff has regular required training on what to look for as far as bed bugs go, and they check every book returned by patrons. They will clear out the homeless if needed, and the Manchester police regularly patrol the area. The library is a safe, learning environment for both adults and children to visit.
