By far the most affordable roofer and the quality of work with top notch materials far exceeded my expectations. Roofers usually have a bad rap, but checking his BBB report and online reviews I was motivated to give him a call. What stands out is that he answers the phone and was very professional and polite. He answered all my questions and walked me through the process. Mark has my vote and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an affordable roofer in the Manchester NH area.

Mr. B's Roofing replaced our old traditional asphalt shingles with new 3D architectural shingles about five years ago after we discovered a leak coming from one area of the roof, also removing several compromised roofing boards and re-shielding. It looked like a new home! Recently, we had them come to remove a very old & leaky skylight that wasn't great for our location, and the roof is sealed up again tight as a drum. The owner, Mark Boutin, is always ready to assist and provides excellent service with competitive prices.

Mark was a pleasure to work with.  After I contacted him for an estimate, he was very quick to respond and assess the roof. His estimate was more than fair and I was very happy with the product and warranties he offered. Mark and his team were able to schedule and complete the job within 1 1/2 weeks.  It only took one day for his team to complete the work and they were very thorough in their cleanup afterwards.  The team even assembled my Halloween decorations and put everything back the way it was when they arrived. Easiest contractor I have ever worked with and the completed product is beautiful.
