From getting the quote to having our roof completed, I was so impressed with every single person I interacted with at Sentry Roofing, specifically Drew, Caroline, Brett, and Dillon. The day of the installation Dillon was sure to update me every step of the way, which was so helpful as I felt very informed. We solicited multiple quotes to have our roof replaced in Newbury, NH. Sentry Roofing responded quickly, and provided a detailed, attractive proposal listing all aspects of the quote. They also happened to be less costly than others whose proposals were not as detailed. Sentry maintained communication regarding scheduling and delivered a dumpster and roofing material a few days in advance. On the scheduled day, a fine young man named Dillon arrived promptly at 8am and outlined the day's expectations for us. He stayed most of the day, constantly checking in with us and ensuring we were informed and pleased. A crew of 5 arrived shortly afterward and set up stripping the old roof. They took great care to protect our windows, screens and shrubs. The crew worked non stop, leaving at 8:30pm after finishing the entire job and a thorough cleanup. Dillon even returned the following morning to walk the site and remove any debris that may have been missed the night before. We are plumbing contractors and could not have been more pleased with Sentry Roofing, and were very pleased to see a fine young man like Dillon involved in a trade and learning as much as he could and communicating so well.
