        I had a great experience purchasing a CPO Outback from Manchester Subaru. Courtney and Niko were great to work with and didn't make me feel like I was being pressured into purchasing anything I didn't want. Good communication after the sale as well when I needed some further assistance. I have purchased from other Subaru dealers in the area in the past and was not treated nearly as well. I would purchase from this dealer again in the future. Thank you!

        I had a terrible experience at this dealership. The sales representative was nice, but he gave me a much lower number for the car than they could actually reach. I went back and forth in negotiation, was pressured, harassed, and treated terribly by the owner. The sale rep and the owner miscommunicated, and were extremely rude. Dont buy from here!

There was no pressure. The customer service at this dealership is nothing like I have experienced anywhere else. I will continue to refer anyone to come here.
