      image These people totally dropped the ball and screwed me!!!
      When preparing my taxes I opted for direct deposit. The tax preparer typed in the wrong account number(missed 2 numbers).
      Because of that my The direct deposit is rejected and Im being sent a paper check instead. Now the refund I was supposed to receive yesterday 3-20-24 is going to take to 4-6-24
      No one had the initiative to contact me to correct the situation
      You get what you pay for! save yourself the headache and aggravation and use H&R Block
