        I came into the store to inquire about my phone that I dropped and broke the screen on. I got there an hour before they closed and the woman who was there basically scowled at me when I walked in. She stated I needed to go online to get the repair process started. Fine, no big deal. I then asked what my options are to upgrade since my phone was almost paid off, and she stated I have no androids to show you. Once again, no problem but I asked what the price would be and she said well your phone is worth 800 and the new one is 800 so how do you think that math works? I just gave her a look and said no, what would my monthly payment be? She didn't even bother to pull up my account or show me options or what my new bill would be. I went there for information and all I got was an attitude, no help and the smell of booze or body odor from the person working there. I went to the store in the mall where I was immediately helped, paid off my phone, ordered a new one and was actually shown options. Thanks to the team at the mall of New Hampshire and F*** this other store

        We worked with Judy at the south willow street aT&TShe was amazing! So friendly. She helped us with everything and thensome. Got us into new phones AND new watches and a wireless charger. She was so knowledgeable and made the whole process easy and honestly a bit fun. I was with t mobile before and thanks to Judy I now know switching was the right decision!

        Judy & Maite are legit the very best. This is the best experience I've had since I've had service with AT&T for the last 2 years. Between 2 different states. They were helpful and made us feel comfortable and helped me figured out how to save more on my monthly bill. Highly recommend visiting this store.
