It's extremely rare to experience the level of talent, persistence and competency that United Title provided to me during my first home purchase. Many buyers have minimal contact with the title company outside of closing, but United Title went above and beyond to assist with a foreclosure I purchased. Within two days of going under contract, Lori completed her initial title search and was quick to reach out to the sellers title company to report an outstanding lien on the property. John and Lori conversed with the Foreclosure Attorney and were able to establish a solution to the issue in a relatively timely manner. Lori coordinated communciation with the lienholder and assisted with title curative efforts. Although I was under contract for over four months, United Title did everything possible to keep things moving and provided white glove service every step of the way. They have earned a customer for life in any future NH real estate transactions I have.

As a realtor, I get to experience many Title Companies, and after 6 years and hundreds of transactions between myself and our team, United Title is hands down the best. The most important thing you need in a real estate transaction is communication and accuracy. They go above and beyond to accommodate their clients and make sure everyone is in the loop as to what is happening and why. They are the best in the business!

As a real estate professional and someone who has bought multiple properties as well as refinanced, I have worked with A LOT of title companies and United Title remains my preferred company. They are responsive, proactive and solution oriented. We do hundreds of real estate transactions and having an excellent title company in your corner is key!! I got assigned to United Title by my Credit Union for my first ever purchase of my new home, and I am glad I did. United have helped me finalize my condo purchase. My experience working with John, Lori, and Susan at United Title was fantastic. Lori has a great level of communication--she always replies instantly. One time she even responded to my email at 11 pm right away--even though I didn't expect her to. John is the owner, and he was always very friendly, upbeat, and he went at a length to explain all the documents to me. I will definitely choose the folks at United for my next real estate transaction again! They are a great small business! ~Serge

Lori, Susan and John at United Title were extremely professional and helpful. We cannot thanks them enough! We had purchased our home over the summer and Signature Title who closed the sale botched our deed. They only deeded a secondary lot to usleaving off the actual home and land it sits on. During the refinancing process with United Title, John realized this error and came to the rescue as Signature Title refused to correct the deed in a timely manner (3 weeks). He created a new comprehensive deed with all parcels and filed it for us so that we could then close on our refi on-time. Again, cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and willingness to help help rectify the situation. The incorrect deed could have caused so many issues for us. United Title even took the newly rectified deed to the previous owner's new home to have it signed so that she wouldn't be inconvenienced. She is elderly -making it difficult for her to get to a new deed signing. If we could click 10 stars we would!
