Bought a blower motor 6 months ago. No help because seems like a rebuilt when I was told it was new and I happened to not be on file.. hmmm.

I suspected my central air condenser fan motor was failing when it wasn't turning on anymore. So I took it out of my unit and went into the Grainger store in Manchester NH to ask for some help. Felix was super nice and helped me find a replacement motor for my seized up broken motor. It wasn't an exact replacement, but things do change after 20 years. He offered me some tips and tricks for installing, which made things very easy for me once I got home. I installed the new motor and the fan turned on! But... the fan was blowing air the wrong direction and the rotation jumpers weren't working. So I called Grainger tech support and spoke with Chris Ulrich. He helped me figure out that the swappable connectors were not seating properly and had me wire nut them together instead. Viola! Everything is running and in the right direction! The price was VERY nice! So glad I dropped by this morning. I'm a Grainger customer for life!
