Peaceful place that is mostly quiet during the week. There are no restrooms during late fall/winter months but in the summer there are portable toilets available. There is also a grandstand that is used for music events during the summer months. People also use the grandstand to take their wedding photos. Dog-friendliness: Popular spot for the locals to walk their dogs.

A great find today in my quest to find a park close to the Polish store in Manchester where I was. This park is large. It is along the Merrimack River. Enjoy a view of the mountains The trails are easy to walk on. Kid and dog friendly. It's use is limitless. There are benches for convenience. You will find beautiful wood carving along one of the trails. Dog-friendliness: Dogs do have to be leashed Picnic area: Benches available
