no, would not recomend. bought a new truck and it went in to the shop a week after buying it. under factory warrenty and still in shop 3 weeks later. Have goten nothing but resistance from carmax about returning the truck. I now have a lawyer and am waiting

This was one of the best experiences i have had when it comes to cars. I got an online appraisal, which came in higher than other appraisals I received. When I got to CarMax to actually sell my car, they honored the online quote and the process was quick and easy.

My first experience selling my vehicle to Carmax was positive in all aspects. -price was very competitive -website was user friendly -customer service person on phone was competent and articulate -drop off facility was clean, efficient, staff were cordial and knowledgable. The whole process was a seamless as I could have hoped for.

First time shopping for a vehicle online. Once I found what I was looking for at CarMax, the process was a great experience and hassle-free. Vehicle had one issue that Service Department took care of right away. Every step of the process from reserving and financing vehicle to Service Department offered thorough communications.
