Horrible costumer service, not a single smile on their face throughout the whole process. Didn't even accept good clothes for men which they desperately need from true religion to affliction they didn't as accept a single piece. I would give them 0 stars if I could, never returning

Selling clothes here is tougher than finding them, but you can find a lot of good deals! Definitely worth checking in for stylish looks at better prices. It is fashion thrift, so it runs pricier than other thrift stores, but shopping during their specials gives another opportunity to save.

Called them asking when they close drop off. They said they stop accepting after 7:00. They said to call half an hour before I show up so they dont close drop off. I told them Id be there at 5:00 and they said that drop off would still be open. I got there and the attendant said drop off was closed. Drove all the way here just for them to not accept anything. Thanks for nothing. You guys are one of the worst Platos Ive ever been to. And the staff is CONDESCENDING and STANDOFFISH. Like you work at an upscale goodwill. Chill.

Dont waste your time. There fb page said taking multiple styles of jeans, but wouldnt take any of my hollister, american eagle, or lucky brand (which i BOUGHT THERE, tried on at home and lost the receipt so i oculdnt return) I brought multiple brand name dresses and skirts, calvin klien with the tags still on, a brand new MK belt bag with the stuffing still inside, barely worn forever 21 heels, i had nike pros, sports shorts, american eagle and levi shorts. They would not accept a single item due to wear and condition some of my items i can see but the brand new brand name stuff? And stuff with tags? Not to mention the poor customer service. Bold of them not to take anything when half the shelfs are shein or wild and fable (walmarts brand). Also crazyyyyy how i took the time to wash and fold everything very neatly and they just SHOVED everything back in the bag not a single peice was folded or anything just shoved right in there. It was a MESS. Give ur clothes to savers. They also walked around telling us they closed in 30 minutes condescendingly and then ANOTHER employee asked my bf if he knew they were closing in 30 minutes. You know we close in 30 minutes right? Is wild i get a lil 5 minute warning but good lord. As someone who worked retail thats crazy.

Dont bother coming here if you have nice items to sell. They only buy worn out junk.
