        We have a lovely Aussie who is also a bit challenging. Dr. Kristi always attentively addresses worries, takes prompt action, recognizes my dog upon arrival, and has a remarkable ability to calm him down, especially considering his anxious behavior. I appreciate the convenience of settling my dog in the room as soon as he arrives, sparing my dog from potential anxiety triggers in the lobby area alongside other pets. Thank you so much to all the staff, too!

        Excellent care, very flexible and helpful. Would prefer a separate waiting room for cats as mine is very reactive but I understand space limitations.
