I had an amazing Reiki session with Jess, she has a beautiful calming space and incorporates little things that made a huge difference for my experience that I didnt get with past Reiki practitioners. After my first session with her my anxiety melted away and I felt very relaxed. I cant wait to go back again and highly recommend her!

I had my first reiki session today with Jess. What a wonderful experience. Jess shared her knowledge of reiki, crystals, and essential oils, which I truly appreciate. She explained the whole reiki process. Jess makes you feel utterly relaxed and comfortable before she even begins the breathing exercise. I walked it with athritis pain in my foot and left practically pain free and so relaxed. I highly recommend Jess and The Mind-Body-Soul Connection! I can't wait for my next reiki session. Thank you Jess!

My daughter visits The Mind Body Soul Connection regularly and I cant say enough about how amazing Jess is with her. She goes above and beyond in every way. My daughter thoroughly enjoys her sessions and looks forward to each and every one. I would highly recommend The Mind Body Soul Connection to anyone!

I had my first ever Reiki session with Jess and what a wonderful beautiful experience it was. She does a wonderful job making you feel welcomed and relaxed. She knowledgeable and will take the time to explain things to you every step of the way if you wish. I'm typically a ball of anxiety, I'm also a new mom with a chronic autoimmune disease. During session, I felt the negative, draining, energy melt away and felt so relaxed that I fell asleep. I awoke the next day feeling the best I have in a while. I will definitely be booking again and I highly recommend Jess if your looking for some good, healing, energy work.

I have experienced short reiki work before post surgery but never a formal studio visit and a full session of Reiki before. Jessica is exactly the personality you would hope for as a practitioner and her calm, clean, peaceful space is the perfect setting for this kind of healing amazement. What a wonderful gift to myself! My visit gave me more then I could hope for. I experienced relaxation, vivid thoughts, visions of familiarity and some of wonder. Jess helped to open my chakras in order for my energy to flow more. Her knowledge on the process and her sharing her visions during the process gave me several a ha moments. I experienced no pain for 4 hours straight for the first time in over 20 years. I felt energized and emotionally happy more than I have in a long time. Jessicas professionalism as well as her soft spoken voice and gentleness made this something that I wish everyone could experience. I cannot thank Jessica enough for sharing her gift. I cannot wait for my next session. I highly recommend Jessica as a Reiki practitioner, essential oils professional and a beautiful soul who kindly shares her nurturing healing practice with her clients, thankfully! Love and Light~
