Crystal helped my partner and me to believe moving could be DONE (from NC) during Covid early times. It went swimmingly by magic, no, by Crystal! Despite a large age gap, we get along with each other great, so years later when my partner had a health scare and we needed to move again naturally I called Crystal. She is knowledgeable, ethical, patient with inane questions, and gets the job done right. She can be very funny too, which I like because its an anxiety breeding enterprise, buying a house! She has a nice little family and lots of friends around her and in my opinion she cant be beat.

We have worked with Crystal on two occasions. First when we moved to Campton from North Carolina during Covid and she helped us get a house unseen. And again this year when we moved from Campton to Allenstown. When we moved from NC and could not visit here, Crystal was diligent and thoughtful in her search for a home for us. Crystal is an amazing realtor! I have been trying to buy a home for some years now but due to some pandemic set backs its made it impossible! As so many other people have gone through. Crystal was able to help me with securing a long term rental to help with getting me in a position to purchase a home down the line. She went to bat for me and helped me with all of the pieces to getting into an apartment and help keep my monthly costs down! Thanks again crystal! I cant wait to purchase a home here in the near future with you! Note: i have worked with many realtors over the past during the pandemic up too today and almost all of them run as soon as they find out you cannot buy now.
