I first met Lobin when she was the opposing realtor for a commercial transaction. I was not originally a fan as she performed with her clients best interest in mind at EVERY TURN. When I went to sell my commercial property & business, I listed with another more well known realtor. They didnt even show the property once in 6 months. I then signed Lobin & the action started to happen! Lobin goes above & beyond for her clients at every single level. She keeps you updated with every change small or large. She knows the ins & outs of the contracts & potential ramifications like no other, even better than some brokers. She candidly discusses tactics & game plans from the start & throughout the process. Lobin sold my commercial property & business without even sharing the financials. Thats like selling ice to eskimos. Lobin first came into the picture when I first decided to put my property in NH on the market in Jan 2020. COVID hit and I was at the mercy of State and Federal restrictions to end my lease with my tenant. Lobin stuck by me for 2.5 years. Recommended a Lawyer to support the legal battles with my tenant, helped with contractors once I finally had access to my home and overall was just my sounding board when things were not going right. In the end she stirred me in the right direction - she sold my home in 3 days!! Her and I attended the closing and as I was leaving, I really felt as though I was losing a friend.
