I moved in here around mid January 2024 - The apartment is perfect for my needs. One bedroom with a den/office.
The appliances stove/oven/microwave/washer/dryer/refrigerator are very good. There are many other amenities in this complex pool/grills/playground/tennis/pickleball courts/clubhouse with some awesome options.
The property is well maintained also, both inside and out.
Grace has made this experience exceptional for me from the first time I came to see a comparable apartment, to the multiple times I came back with friends. (Jay is also very helpful).
The move in process was very easy, elevators were covered with protective blankets.

I looked at many apartments in the Merrimack area and found Gilbert Crossing to have the most to offer. Grace was terrific showing me different units and all the amenities of Gilbert Crossing and giving me lots of information regarding things in the area as Im new to New Hampshire. Ive been here two months and am very happy.

Very clean, well thought out apartments with ample closet space. Grace Poulin was great to work with taking the time to explain everything and get me set up to move in.
