Management is always on point, hallways are always clean or being cleaned, nice a quiet building.

Had a fantastic move in experience. This was the only time in my 11 years of renting where I moved somewhere and I did not have to clean at move in. Maintenance was a phenomenal team when I moved in, but they let some ppl go and new crew members in. They still have one of the original guys and he is always great and fast to respond. However in the less than year Ive been here property has gone down. Dog poop everywhere, they very rarely do community events, they are charging 150$ a month for garage parking which is what I was paying downtown Seattle (yall aint even close to that out here bahaha and I refuse to pay that here), and they raised my rent renewal $200 (which is $100 more than their current listings and also about $200 more on average then surrounding 1 bedroom availability), want to charge me a $700 difference from my current rent if I go month to month. They do not care about their property anymore and do not care about keeping current great tenants.

My husband and I have enjoyed our time living here at Halstead. The property is well maintained. All the staff have been super friendly, helpful and on top of their work! Have yet to have any issues.

I enjoy my residence at Halstead Merrimack; however, I have consistently observed that the property management does not prioritize the well-being of tenants. The frequent additional charges can be burdensome, especially with extra fees for amenities like the gym and other facilities. The $150 monthly fee for a garage space seems excessive, and considering the rental costs, the value for money is questionable. This sentiment is echoed by other residents who often express dissatisfaction with the overall management.
