Called Advantage to clear up 2022 payments for my accountant and was thrilled to have Linda on the other end of the line to untangle multiple payments. I was so confused but Linda explained things clearly and was patient while I wrote things downAdvantage in Merrimack (I live in Maine) has served me well for about 25 years and has always been there to answer my questions, help me navigate a website and process a claim. When a tree fell on my shed, an agent was here in the morning and printed a check from his vehiclecould not ask for more! Insurance quote for home and auto was cheaper than anyone else. My rate did not go up from 2022 to 2023. Wow! Linda was on the phone with me on 3/14 when the Noreaster came through. She answered on the second ring!!

We have relied on Advantage Insurance for years and highly recommend them. The level of service is unmatched and the prices we receive for all our various policies are very competitive. The Advantage team treats us as though we are part of their family, a hard thing to find in this day and age.
