We utilize HM for all of our cars. Their service staff is very professional, excellent communication. The work is always thorough and they leave the car clean!
We stopped taking our BMWs to the dealer as we didnt receive the quality workmanship, professionalism and communication like we do at HM!
They have been great to work with for years!!

We dropped my wifes car off after making an appointment and confirming it would be finished at a specific time. Called before picking it up at the agreed upon time and they had not started working on it yet. Disappointed as we made an appointment with the expectation the vehicle would be worked on based on a schedule. Understanding things can change a little if a car in the bay needs extra attention. Expectations were not managed.
