    Three years ago I used their service, which I have no complaints about. Last month (2024) my credit card that they still had on file was charged for $189. Chris said he would reverse the charge. Credit to my account was pending (twice!) but never went through each time. Now I have to go through the dispute process with my credit card company.

    Randomly just got charged $200 a year after our detail. Detail was a good job back then but we havent had any recent transaction with them. Our bank is putting a stop payment/refund. Owner said theyd reverse it and was error in changing system.

    A+! Chris deep cleaned the interior of my car and did a phenomenal job! My car was in pretty bad shape, having two young kids that love their snacks it was definitely overdue and Chris did not disappoint.

    Had my car detailed back in 2022. Wasn't crazy about it, swirl marks on the trunk from some heavy handed buffing, wax on the plastics. But I was willing to let that go and move on. Color me surprised when two years later I have a random charge from this place for 109.99. So I make contact to find out what's going on. Right off I get an attitude that this was answered three times and the money was refunded. How? It's our first contact in two years and you don't know who I am! After that radio silence. Filed a fraudulent charge with my bank, let them handle it. Things happen. Maybe the website was hacked, who knows. But don't be rude to your customers. Make the effort to correct things and maybe you'd have a returning one. I've seen the other reviews and nasty responses, I don't expect much better. I ignored them my first go around, don't make my mistake. Buyer beware. Had my car detailed back in 2022. I can easily replace the hundred, your review will remain for all to see. E2: What exactly is the point you're driving at? If you don't want poor service brought up, don't steal. It's that easy. I paid you for service, you attempted to render them, done and done. Two years later you suddenly double dip with my card info, that's the problem. How is it your the victim in every poor review on Google, BBB, and elsewhere? E3: "My point is businesses are better without people like you defaming them. No one stole from you. You contradict yourself like crazy. No worries this review will be removed soon enough." Ah, what I've noticed about you is you love taking advantage of the fact that people can't see your previous reply when you decide to alter it in your favor and frame yourself in a better light. As if that will correct the handful of people I've guided away from your dirty practices? Not happening here, you're quite the nasty individual aren't you? Tread lightly, I'll be making sure people can see every nasty word coming from those slimy fingers. Contradict myself? You fraudulently used my account information to steal money from me and you think you can cry defamation because I'm making others aware of it? This truthful review goes nowhere buddy. And will be reposted a thousand times over if required. Get real.

    Hi Deena, this was reversed already. We had a hiccup during our transfer to a new payment processor and a few clients got unintentionally charged. Rest assured I’ve reversed already! I apologize for the inconvenience.
