        The people that work here have to be stupid or something, i know half of them are still in school but its not that hard to listen to what a customer is asking for, everytime i have been here they get my order wrong. when i ask for frozen i think i mean frozen! not iced! if i wanted iced i wouldve said that!! isnt that a wonderful concept!!! and i dont understand why they dont melt down the sugar? its obvious they have hot coffee or hot water to melt it down coming from someone who works in a coffee shop!! maybe this place needs a hearing test before hiring people, just a suggestion
