Do Not use atm inside there ..... it doesnt dispense money ..skimmer on machine .....i wouldnt even give a star but had to to make a post ...

This has become my worst experience ever in the history of shopping at 7-11!! We were accused of stealing a bag of smartfood popcorn that was scanned in and paid for. Rude older lady didn't check to see the transaction before asking another customer in line to bring ask my wife back in to the store. This older lady needs training but really has no manners. As ownership, I would have fired her on the spot. I assure you without a doubt, we will never return and hope your business suffers greatly for the wonderful experience you gave to us. We would never steal from you. By the way, your whole pizzas were weeks out of date and you're trying to sell them. If anyone is stealing here it is you. Your store is truly an abomination to the name! Simply put, we bought a hot chocolate and a bag of smartfood for about 5 dollars. We were with our children. Both items of course were scanned. When we left and got just outside the store, another customer behind us in line came out and stated the lady behind the counter wanted us back in because something wasn't paid for. How embarrassing. Then she checked the transaction after the accusation and found that it was indeed paid for. There isn't anything else to say and your company at this location will hopefully not remain if this consumer abuse continues. Because really, who needs to pay this much for hot chocolate and a bag of smart food popcorn and then get accused of not paying for it!? There is just nothing more to say here. Shop somewhere else.
