If I could give Chris more than 5 stars I would. His service was exceptional. Although that word is overused, it applies here. He was prompt and courteous. But more importantly he did an exceptional inspection. A drone to inspect every square foot of the roof, & went up in a few areas where he needed to see it closer. He went through the rest of the house slowly and carefully to fully understand how all the systems worked together. Constantly informing me of what he was finding and if it was an issue or not. He didn't make a big deal out of what was not a big deal, but found a couple of significant issues that really did need to be addressed. As it was an older house, there were a couple of oddities with past modifications/improvements and he spent the time to fully understand what was done and if it was an issue or not.

Chris is a true professional. One of the best in the industry. Chris is always learning and increasing his knowledge base and credentials to provide value to his clients. His customer service is second to none with same day inspections and next day reports. His reports are web based, easy to navigate, and very descriptive with HD video and photos. His reports also also provide care and maintenance tips for homeowners which provide guidance to them after they move in and he is available to answer questions weeks and even months after the inspection. I am a full time realtor with 15 years in the business. My teams closes, on average, 100 homes a year. I highly recommend Chris and his team to all my clients whether it is for a pre listing home inspection, standard home inspection as a contingency for a home purchase or a post closing inspection.
