I had a great experience purchasing a beekeeping suit from Allen. He was very helpful, he cared to know what I was working on, and he shared his knowledge and suggestions.

Went on the website to order an extractor it says they will call for shipping prices. So you still have to submit the order ahead of time. Once we found our how expensive it was going to be to ship ($170!!) We canceled the order. Allen then lied and said it would be a $35 charge from PayPal. When we contacted PayPal about the issue they said its not true and issued us the entire refund. His emails are extremely rude and he then now claims it cost him $50 for our order. This man is the worst and shouldn't be in business as he clearly has no idea what customer service is. How about next time include your shipping prices on the website. He is just wanting to pocket the money. Its too bad for this business because they missed out on a lot of money from us. Now we have gone to another business who is very kind and trustworthy. Go elsewhere for your beekeeping needs.

Not impressed. The weather was bad and my bees were very late not his fault. The lady that works for him called me on a Friday to say they werent coming in that weekend and they would call me when they were in. I happened to see someone who worked there the following Friday and was told they had come in and I mentioned I hadnt gotten a phone call. I was told by them to call Alan. When I did he had a nasty tone in his voice and told me he had left four messages. I assured him I had no messages and when he asked me to repeat my phone number turns out they had written it down wrong and he told me that was the number I had given them. I told him that HE HAD CALLED ME that past weekend so he did at one point have the correct number.No apology for the attitude.
