My first and last time ordering from here I'll stick with Zales my package was delivered to wrong building the UPS people said now Jared tells me could take up to 2 weeks to hear anything great I bought this thing early to have here for Xmas guess I'll have to go buy at a better place the first mistake was Jared's delivering my product early and not even telling me the day it was delivered. I didn't get a message to the next day. The second mistake was UPS delivering it to the wrong place but since then UPS has taken for responsibility they paid the claim to jareds but yet Jared tells me I got to wait 14 days business days to hear anything. Since I bought it, I've replaced a product with a better jewelry place. And now what do I do? This is a garbage company. Do yourself a fever? You're better off going to the mall to one of the kiosses
