I've been working with Ed and his team for a month. In that short period of time, I am AMAZED at the efficiency of how quickly they process my inventory and get it on the way to amazon. I've worked with several prep centers in the past that had communication issues and/or processing time issues that ultimately slowed my growth. I can see how utilizing Heroic will dramatically grow my business because of the speed that their team offers and professionalism to boot! If you'd like your business to find a HOME instead of skipping around prep center to prep center, I cannot recommend them enough!

Ed and his team at Heroic Prep in tax free New Hampshire are amazing! Ive used other prep centers in the past and they either didnt work with inventory lab, or the process to send inventory was so complicated I swear I could prep my own items in the same amount of time. Onboarding with Ed was simple with a personalized phone call to answer all my questions, a straight forward google doc to enter incoming inventory and then sit back and let the magic happen as the heroic prep team takes it from there! Definitely wouldnt have been able to expand my business to the height I am at without Heroic Prep.
