image I was ok with the call and the offer to spend 90 minutes with them in a Cap Code resort. Then I call to make a question and I was told I can't make changes to what I already answered. Justine, one of the supervisors was kind of rude and told me I have to bring my significant other, because that is the first answer I provided, even though "singles are also welcome" if reached up the income requirements. So I have to cancelled because I didn't like Justine's attitude, and I don't feel comfortable with them telling me I have to force someone to come just because Justine says so.

image How I was treated here was completely unacceptable. If it was a mistake or one time thing. I would have been taken care of. Instead I have to write this review. So, I am on line looking around for a much needed vacation. I click on click bait for TRIPJOY ADVANTAGE promoting In Season Resorts. I get a call a week later about 5 free nights a $100 amazon card. I just need to see a presentation. I am excited. I am looking for a vacation time share. I ski it is perfect. I am also getting an incentive for something I already am doing. I go up room is nice just bulb out. I wake up for presentation in a great mood. I am in my head sold pretty much. I am sitting waiting. They are late. A gentleman in front of me is being berated by the salesman's alleged manager. The whole time the guest is being calm. I go up to front desk and say I hope I am not treated in that manner. They so no worries. I sit down. The guest is brought out back. 10 minutes later the guest storms off upset. Saying you guys get me down here too treat me like this etc. Adam comes out. I tell him my name he asks about my significant other. I explain she is here but has nothing to do with finances and she is watching my kid. After everything I just witnessed and double checked that what happened to the previous guest wouldn't happen to me. Well it did. He says, well I don't care you can just leave then. In a demeaning manner.I am thinking in my head, "what just happened ". Expecting no sir you have too be with your baby's mom, let me get my manager, pretty much anything than leave. I am looking to buy a time share and you invite me and this is what I am told. He gets his manager. I tell him same thing she is here, I can bring her, but like I told Adam she is watching our kid and has nothing too do with my finances. I say Idc about the gifts. I am in Sales.The reason why the company wants the so called significant other is so when it comes down to negotiating they want all decision makers available.Which I now have stated twice they were. I just am interested in the time share. He now wants to dive into WHY I brought my daughter and her mom. He is talking to me in a condescending manner as well. He is just ranting at this point. I am now thinking are these people out of their minds or is it me. I brought them because they would be using it. Still I'm soo confused and can't really believe how I was just treated. We leave I am driving I see the guest that just got talked down to by In Season pulled over by the police. I am thinking this place just called the police on the guest. So, I know how I was just treated, and there is no way I am letting him get arrested. We pull over and it turns out the guest called the police on Inn Season Resorts. The cop knew the owner and realizes this is a serious problem. After all this I actually reached out to them. NO CALL from In Season. I talk to Brian who says we can get you another night and the gifts. I am thinking REALLY. That's it. To fix a situation that got this way out of hand. The initial call talked about how legit and reputable the campaign is. They do not advertise they use WORD OF MOUTH that is why they give a 100 g.c. and 5 weeknights. For my horrible experience. The gifts I don't really care about and a free night. He talks about how the night has a cost. I express that's all you can do. He says if I purchase he will get me a great discount. Still getting gifts and the night. I am Happy. I get a call Monday from Justine. Today I call back and she tells me there is no free night. I finally had ENOUGH. I say have Brian call me. It has been almost 3 weeks now. This place has no idea what they are doing. There customer service and guest relations are horrible. I asked the front desk about the horse back riding that is advertised all over the resort. She had no idea what I was talking about. Do not waste your time or money here. Unless you only want the $100 and 5 free nights. Of course go and
