I recently bought my house with James and it was a great experience! I have bought other houses in the past (before I found James) so I did have something to compare to. He was always on top of everything and I was kept updated of what was going on and what the next step was. I knew exactly what was needed from but and he explained everything thoroughly. I will definitely use him again if I buy another house and I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase a home!
