Always gentle and sweet with our baby Elliot. My fianc is a little anxious and they always answer quickly with any concerns she has. They do great at listening and putting her to ease. Dr.Miller is awesome

I have been using this pediatric office for the last 3 and a half years for my daughter. Very courteous front desk staff. I was always able to get my daughter same day for sick visit when needed. I love the nurses and MA as they are very good with my daughter easing her usual children anxiety about visiting doctors office!

Horrible pediatrician practice for both my Nephew and Daughter, Unprofessional and on organized Receptionist upfront have no idea half the time whats going on had a horrible incident while my daughter was there, search for another pediatric office unless you wanna wait 1 hour to be seen here

We moved from Boston and had a 9 month wellness visit scheduled. We had to try to get a sick visit scheduled ahead of the wellness visit. We called to confirm the day before all was set with our records. The day of, we get to our appointment and they tell us they called the day prior to cancel because we had not established with the doctor. We had never gotten a call. Then we find out they had not called us, they had called some random number. I dont understand how thar is HIPPA compliant to call the wrong person about an appointment. They couldnt get their story straight about whether they talked to this stranger or left a VM. The front desk was completely unhelpful and uncaring of their mixup. Meanwhile I have a sick child who needs help. I would never come back to this practice simply because they don't care about their patients and the front desk is some generic registration for several offices. Save yourself the hassle and pick a pediatrician that has front office staff that will treat you like a human. I rarely post reviews, but this one was worth saving others the headache.
