TLE - is an amazing place filled with loving employees who care about your child. I have so many instances when this team went above and beyond to help and keep our little Maddy safe. But to keep your attention lets keep this short and sweet like pur little girl. We were at another daycare in Amherst that was showing issues daily. Luckily nothing negative happenned to our pumpkin but we saw so many other parents who had nothing but excuses and finger pointing for the answers given when their child was hurt, sick or even eating the wrong food, bottle and alergic reaction. The first day in TLE was eye opening. Professional, secure, patient, happy with smiles, laughter, excitment, screaming kids but of joy not frustration or negative reactions. Who isn't going to be amazed when they see that the minute they walk in? I believe you learn more about a business before you even become a customer. Just by the employees faces, actions, smiles, kindness and welcoming gratitude will make anyone see how amazing TLE really is. We will forever be thankful to TLE and all of their loving and care. Our little daughter literally leaps out of our arms when she sees the familaor friendly faces of those who she lioves at TLE and that alone moves mountains on your feeling of security when it comes to allowing someone to watch over your prized possession. Our little girl is a miracle and we know TLE sees it that way too. Thanks so much and hope this is helpful for TLE and new families!
