Terrible communication! I was happy with the previous 6 years of tax returns they prepared for me. However, it apparently doesn't matter if you are their client, if they have enough/too much work they will ignore your calls, then kick you to the curb when you show up at their door! Need new management, can't handle the volume they have...avoid Jill at all cost!!!

Customer Service this year was absent and when i had to reach out because they didnt communicate with me, they were rude to work with. Paid almost $400 for bad service.

I tried SO HARD to get my taxes done with them, and they never followed through.
I called back in Feb to get set up with them, was told their new client coordinator would call me. They never did. I called them over a week later, they finally got me the coordinator on the phone who enrolled me as their new client. She told me to upload last years tax return and theyd be in touch. Over three weeks passed. No contact from them. I went elsewhere.
You shouldnt have to keep calling a business to remind them you exist as their client. And it also shouldnt be so hard to set up an in-person meeting. They would not just let me book a meeting and get it all done in one process.
Meanwhile I got my taxes done within a week at a different firm, in-person.

Paul and the entire team at Merrimack Tax Associates were so very helpful. I was navigating through some very difficult family changes, and felt worried, scared and unsure of what to do. The response time of answering my questions, and helping me navigate through a very difficult time of my life, made me feel valued, heard and safe. This company truly has their clients best interest at hand.
