This place is the spotIm trying to try new other things on the menu but I cant help but get that 6pc and Fried rice. Cant forget those Korean donuts too

Food is in general on the pricier end for fast casual & hit or miss quality wise. That said, I think their Tteokbokki is lovely

Worst Bon Chon Ive ever been to. The Lowell and near Boston locations are far better. We were surprised that this one was not dine-in with servers like the others. Ordered to go at the register and Edwin, the cashier, did not inform us that our order was ready at all. He forgot about us so we waited 15-20 minutes until I asked for an update. Seems like most people just order online and pick up here. Maybe they need to change the workflow/system a bit? As far as food, we ordered potstickers half soy garlic, half spicy and they were extremely soggy! We also ordered chicken wings the same way but those were actually tasty. Overall, probably wont be coming back here.

Just based on the service alone the guy at the register had a boy meets world haircut. And thought he was the smartest guy in the restaurant. The food I specifically asked him about the sauce afterwards it said on the board comes with every meal he told me they were a dollar each. The Food the one in Lowell, Ma was by far better they actually know how to run restaurant for $30 I got five strips that were extremely salty like really salty and a tub of rice. I dont taste anything other than salt. I doubt theyll stay in business. The rice was subpar kinda dry. Not a gem by any means. Dont be fooled.
