        Mediocre customer service. Applied for a credit card on Thursday. Rep had AirPods in her ear while helping me. Also wouldn't move the screen so I could see what was happening, I had to keep moving it to see. Finally I was supposed to receive the credit application to my email and still haven't received it, 3 days later. Not a good first impression

        Mike the banker was not friendly. I want to open new business account but ,It almost felt like he didn't really want to help.

        They donate to the Democrats. Do the country a favor and support a small, local bank that doesn't donate money to federal politicians and channels it into the local economy. Plus, the only product they have a decent deal on is the credit card. They once stopped autopayment so that they can trigger a late fee and interest on my card. Not cool, and I will be even taking my business to another bank.
