Express

Express not only nails it with trendy threads but also aced the customer service game. From the friendly smiles at the entrance to the patient staff helping me find the perfect fit, they turned shopping into a delightful experience. Five stars for the fantastic fashion and the A+ customer service from the beautiful and friendly Manager they made me feel like a VIP in my own fashion adventure. Let me explainChristmas Eve dinner and of course Im running late because of expert procrastination. I figure Id pop into Express in Manchester, but they didnt have my size in the Blue Slim Fit Suit. It was so nice that I had no choice but to hustle down to the Nashua Store, who offered course had it in stock. With a little team work, the Manager had it all steamed and ready to slip into it in the dressing room and arrive at dinner twelve seconds early!!! Not only did I arrive looking good and feeling good dressed in Express, but the amazing feats of customer service was truly remarkable.

I like express but this location is awful. Very bad customer service, they treat you like badly and are not helpful. There have been two occasions that I have left that store saying Im never coming back because of it. Like today I was checking out and the person and the register was clearly showing that she didnt want to be there and moving super slow. This might not sound like a lot but most businesses today have amazing services and when something like this happens its not normal and is upsetting. Last time I had a bad experience the worker was straight up being rude to us. My mom is so mad at this location that she and I will not be returning.not only the customer se But the items in this location are not as good as Salem or Burlington which also sucks. But the one in Salem is a good location and we had no bad experiences, so thats why I still say I like express its just this location.

I just want to thank the lovely people who were on shift yesterday, 09/14/22. The two people who were helping my husband, step son and I were amazing, and I just wanted to say thank you so so much. We had a difficult event to attend, but these two people made getting the right clothes super easy. Thank you.

Website says they open at 11am on Sundays. Their voicemail when you call says they open at 11am on Sundays. Went at 11:00 and store was closed. Saw a person behind the locked doors. They would not come talk to us. So we called and got them to pick up the phone so we could find out when the store does open. 12pm. Awful customer service. And why would your website and voicemail state you open at 11am and then not open at 11am!?
