Everyone was extremely kind, Kept asking how I was doing. Made sure, I was numb Before having my tooth extracted, they even moved my date sooner when I had called and asked because I was in so much pain. It was a great experience! Thank you all so much! I was so nervous and you were all awesome and Im feeling much better already.

They'll charge you for a Dr consult when the doctor didn't even talk to you, and insist the X-rays you provided aren't clear despite a different dental office having no issues with them. They can and will try to get as much money as possible without actually helping you.

Was here years ago and it was horrible. I will never go back and theyll soon be out of business. This dentist is horrible along with his assistants. Malpractice. I told them multiple times my novocaine was not working for a tooth extraction. They not once tried to give me more, they didnt stop when I asked, they didnt ask if I was okay. I was screaming the whole time and they held me down. Absolutely horrible. Torture. I felt everything and even five years later Im still terrified and when I tell my other dentists they make sure to take extra care of me because of the PTSD this horrible practice has caused me.

Absolute worst experience of all my life at this dentist yesterday. I had approximately 10 teeth that needed to be extracted, all of which were in advanced stages of decay. Instead of explaining to me how much harder it is to remove teeth in this state and referring me to an oral surgeon, they decided to put me through complete torture for 3 hours, not speaking to me to explain what they were doing once, and accomplishing only removing 3, and what appears to be a half, teeth. Every tooth he attempted to remove was breaking at the gum line and he then proceeded to attempt to pry the roots out. When he was unsuccessful and beginning to become frustrated, he had the assistant leave the room and the female dentist came in. They both proceeded to take turns attempting to pry these roots out, all the while I was in obvious pain and discomfort and they never once, from beginning to end, spoke directly to me or tried to explain what they were doing to me or to reassure me or calm me down. I had to ask to stop and use the restroom and I was told to hold it, this by the assistant right before she left the room, never to reappear. I asked for my husband to come into the room and was told he was not able to due to the size of the room. I finally told them to stop where they were and I would come back for the rest to be taken care of, but I dont plan to return to that office ever in my whole life. They threw some stitches in my mouth, which ended up having a long stitch just floating around in my mouth and is constantly causing me to gag on it. I was given a prescription for Penicillin and one for Motrin and some extra gauze and I left. They never attempted to make another appointment for me to address the rest of the teeth that still need to come out. I dont agree with the fact that someone from the office is going to reply publicly to this comment and try to argue my opinion and experience, either. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
