Constant classroom closings. Only positive is that they are refunding for the days that they are closing the classroom. Very difficult as a working parent to constantly have to find alternative care due to the centers poor staffing.

I feel as if this childcare has gone downhill. The staff retention has been a major issue above the other things we have noticed like the classrooms and education pieces not where they should be.While I may not be aware of what happens behind the scenes and the story of each employee, it cannot be ignored that staff retention is suffering major at this center. We have watched so many amazing teachers leave cross all age groups and even the center director that stepped down and left. This has me questioning what is happening at the center, and what is causing to create such turnover and inconsistency. We have shared these concerns with the new director and have yet to even get a response. It is my hope that with this review it leads to reflections into what is creating this issue and actionable changes; it cannot be blamed on the teachers when so many are deciding to leave for the same reasons.

I have been very pleased with my experience at this KinderCare location. My daughter has been enrolled for years. We have loved all of her teachers and the administration. The staff is kind, patient, helpful and responsive. My daughter enjoys going each day and has learned so much from their curriculum. She has also developed nice friendships.

Sadly this location is not pleasant. The AD Stephanie is rude and has no idea how to communicate, her assistant is clueless as well. Ive called three times and have been hung up. The price for care is ridiculous and have been told by other parents that attend the care is awful.
