        Came 2 hours to see an apartment. Just got the showing to get cancelled because it was already rented. Also was impossible to connect with a real person.

        Looking for a rental, answered all of their questions, met all criteria and uploaded my state ID just to view a property. Never heard a word from them and no one in their office answered the phones. It's 2023... You don't ask people for their state ID and then never contact them. They may be great if you're listing your property for rental, but as far as renters go... Garbage!
